U.S. standard shipping with a purchase of 4 USD and above is 7 USD
International shipping 4 USD and above is 20 USD
Free shipping on orders above 50 USD
- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT
Currently we accept Credit Card Payments, Paypal and Venmo. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request.

- WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We generally deliver all orders within 5-10 business days
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control
Rumaneh uses USPS and FedEx
- HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
We gladly accept returns. Contact us at rumanehnourish@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products
